  4. Thanks for the tips! I'm horrible at getting my Omega 3's since I don't eat fish but I drink plenty of milk and since my daughter was born, I've been much better about keeping lots of produce in the house!

    i love asparagus too, especially the green one. Too bad the season has ended already. I eat quite healthy, but occasionally I have to indulge in chocolate ;-)
